RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Martinapey our priority is customer satisfaction, for this reason, we provide a size guide and recommendation note, it also has a WhatsApp button for queries if you wish in case of doubt.
Our garments are thoroughly checked and our packages prepared with great care. Even so, if you are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 calendar days to exchange or return it.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return it is essential to follow the following steps:
- You must send us an e-mail to peytossademar@gmail.com indicating the order number, date of purchase, name of the person who placed the order, product you want to return and method chosen to send us the return.
- Send us the product within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to the address C/Portal 8, Tossa de Mar
Martinapey will reject any return that has not followed these instructions.
Returns will not be accepted on items that have been used or have stains, forced seams, tears or any anomaly beyond being proven; The products must be returned with the original label and packaging and in the same conditions as they were sent to you.
No exchanges or returns will be made on jewelry and outlet clothing or with a discount equal to or greater than 20%.
To send us the package you have two options:
1.You can choose the courier service you want, be it the Post Office or courier company to send us the package. Remember that it is your sole responsibility for the package to arrive at our store, so we recommend that you obtain tracking or certified shipping. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To proceed with the return, it is mandatory that the packages arrive identified with the order number and name of the person who placed it.
Once we have received the package, checked its status and that the instructions indicated above have been followed, we will proceed with the refund (discounting the return costs) within a maximum period of 7 days by the same payment method that was made on the order.
If the order was placed by cash on delivery, the payment will be made by bizum or bank transfer and this must be stated in the return request email.
In the event that the return is rejected, you will be notified via e-mail and it will be returned to the customer after payment of shipping costs.
If a customer is absent at home after making a purchase, he or she has 2 days to contact the courier company and agree on a new date (not exceeding 3 days, with a total of 5 days since the first delivery was attempted. ) for collection or new delivery if accepted by the courier company. If after these deadlines, the customer has not collected their package, it will be returned to our offices.
If after 10 days from when we received the package, the payment of said expenses to return the package again has not been made, the return time will have expired since the delivery was attempted, so the customer will have a voucher with no expiration date. to redeem in our store (upon request by the customer via email) which will be sent in the form of a code.
HOW TO MAKE A SIZE CHANGE?
If you wish to make a size change, you must send us an e-mail to peytossademar@gmail.com indicating the order number, garment and size for which you are requesting the change.
We will respond to you if said change is possible and in that case we will proceed to collect and deliver the new product for an amount of €5.95 which must be paid by bizum, Paypal or transfer.
HOW TO CHANGE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We are sorry if you have received a defective product, our team thoroughly checks each item before being sent, but if this happens we will proceed to exchange said garment for another in perfect condition.
In this case you have a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the shipment to notify us of said incident via e-mail to the address p eytossademar@gmail.com
You must tell us the order number, date of purchase, name of the person who placed the order and attach a photo of the tare and labeling of the garment.
Our couriers will pick up said garment (which must be prepared in the best possible way so that it does not suffer damage) and will deliver the new package, all free of charge within a period of no more than 7 days (ONLY FOR PENINSULA).
If you do not have said garment, the order will be refunded by the same method that the initial payment was made.
Important note: Returns for defective items will only be accepted when the product retains its labeling. Otherwise, it will be understood that the item has been used and the defect has been due to improper use of the item.
The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes his responsibility, as well as all the legal consequences that may arise from bad faith conduct that constitutes fraud.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- For shipments to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24/72 business hours.
- Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of Europe from 4 to 10 business days.
It is necessary to notify possible errors or defects in shipments within 24 hours of receiving the order, communicating it by e-mail to peytossademar@gmail.com attaching a photo of the possible defects and the shipment number.
PAYMENTS
The payment methods available on our website are Paypal, Bizum, Card and Cash on Delivery.
Cash on delivery payment is only available for orders within the peninsula excluding Portugal.
For orders over €200, the Cash on Delivery payment option is not available.
